Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with any tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email us at struktsupply@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's done.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Used or washed apparel and footwear
• Items returned without their original packaging

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges — just reach out and we'll sort it for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
